Yesterday this guy turned nine years old.........
I can hardly believe he is that old already..it means I am that much older too..yikes!! I remember the day he was born......
First..Grama woke us up.
Second..She sent us off to school. [FYI..on those days you don't get much done in that building!]
Third..Got to school. Told my friends my mama was in the hospital.
Fourth..I got called down to the office. Went [a good word to cover up how fast I was really going :] to the office, heard the news!!
Fifth..Ran..errrr..walked very fastly..I think that was the time I was told to slow down!!..to my classroom. One of my very good friends met me on the way back so she heard first..I was sooo super excited!
Sixth..I don't remember much after that!
And all of the sudden..he is nine years old!!
monogrammed pen
alarm clock
Songs of Faith and Praise
Hopefully he will get lots of use from this..learning to read the music that goes along with the following...
:] Both of his grapa's love to play with him!
The coveted book..the look on his face says it all! I teased Mama of getting it for herself more than anyone else but we are her children, and the love-of-books gene is pretty predominate!
This was the first gift he actually spent time with..perusing the pages right away!
Finally, track pieces for his train.
Now he and Simon have two more track pieces to their loot!
Happy Birthday Nathan!
Blessings! Carrie Lynn
aw..this made me cry!..esp the pic of him and grandpa!..that's a keeper..take a video next time!!..miss you all! can't wait for christmas!
