I am pretty sure that this might be understood by those who have multiples. Key word..might. Or maybe even by someone who cares for children for a source of income. Lots of children. The same ages.
Sometimes I am completely amazed at the training children get from each other. It started with Julie. She likes things neat and in order. Welllll..most of the time. :] I think she is just my kind of girl! :] After a meal and the cleaning up and such she would not move away from her seat until the straps were fastened. Backwards, forwards, half on, half off, it does not matter, they just had to be strapped! She put it at top priority, even before going outdoors. Then Josie and Janie caught the hang of it, so now, after a meal they turn around and sometimes even fight[!!] over fastening the straps.
Yet the story goes on, when they are done with a meal [after all the bowl handing more's] they will pull their bibs off. And if you are not wrapping things up fast enough to suit their little fancies, unsnap their bibs! What a fun world to live in, the world of multiples! So if God ever gives you the blessing [sometimes you might say WHYYYYYYYYY????????? Just trust!] enjoy every moment and remember the crazy times when they teach each other and fight over working..of all things!!!!
Blessings! Carrie Lynn
