So, they left Kentucky bound for the West..
On the way they encountered an accident on interstate.
Construction zone. One lane for east bound.
One lane for west bound. Shut down the whole thing. Sweet.
Who did they go see? Big sis [and her hubby! :]
And that was why it was so hard to see them go. Because it was my first year to miss what has become an annual summer week-long trip to spend time together. And to add to that she called me after they got there to tell me I am going to be an aunt! :] And then a few weeks later Em calls me and tells me I'm going to have another brother-in-law! So that was the "last" trip before Em gets married. And I missed it. It was ok though..God held me and that is the awesome part! :]

They celebrated a birthday while they were there.
Some awesome KS architecture. Oh how I love to visit western Kansas! It is so different from where we live and provides a nice break from this busy life.
